For Factories

Your electricity bill gives you one number a month. Your factory runs three shifts a day.

The bill arrives weeks after the consumption happened, as a single figure. It cannot tell you which shift, which line, or which machine. The Vue can.

What changes

  • Shift-wise consumption. See what each shift actually costs. The night shift producing less on more power is a conversation you can only have with data.
  • Machine-wise attribution. Up to sixteen circuits separated individually — by line, by department, by machine.
  • Phase imbalance. Three phases measured independently, not averaged. Imbalance across R, Y and B is a cost most sites carry without ever seeing it.
  • Failing motors, early. A motor drawing steadily more than it used to is telling you something weeks before it stops. Set an alert and hear it.
  • Billing verification. Your own continuous measurement of what you drew, to set against what you were billed.
  • Idle and overnight load. What the plant draws when nothing is running is usually the first saving anyone finds.

The honest constraint: 200 A per phase

Roughly 144 kVA at 415 V. Many small factories exceed that at the main incomer — and an over-range sensor does not read high, it understates, which is worse than no measurement because it looks like data.

Where the incomer is beyond range: install monitors on sub-distribution boards within the limit, or monitor branch circuits only. The app supports several monitors under one account.

Tell us your connected load before you order. If the Vue is not right for your site, we would rather say so than sell you one.

Two site checks

  • Temperature. Rated to 50 °C. A closed switchgear room in an Indian summer can exceed that — measure on a hot afternoon, not on installation day.
  • Dust and moisture. Rated for indoor, dry locations. A dusty shop-floor panel is not the intended environment.

What a factory usually orders

The 16-sensor model at ₹41,500 — line-wise or machine-wise attribution runs out of eight channels quickly. Agree the sixteen circuits in writing before installation; changing them later means opening the panel again.
