For Hotels & Commercial Buildings
Your building's electricity bill is one line. Your building is not.
Floors, blocks, wings, common areas, plant. One number covers all of it, and tells you nothing about any of it.
What changes
- Sixteen circuits, mapped to how the building is actually run — per floor, per block, per wing, whatever your operational structure is.
- The load that runs all night because nobody switched it off. Overnight baseline is the most reliable saving in any commercial building.
- Cost allocation by measurement rather than by floor-area formula.
- The failures a building notices last — a chiller drifting, a pump short-cycling — visible in the data long before anyone reports it.
- Alerts that reach the engineer, so problems surface the same day.
Three things to confirm before ordering
- 200 A per phase. A hotel's main incomer frequently exceeds this. Monitor sub-boards within the limit, or the plant room specifically. The app supports several monitors under one account.
- Environment. Plant rooms run hot; the ceiling is 50 °C and it is a real limit.
- Network. Use Ethernet — it survives the IT department changing the Wi-Fi password. Outbound ports 80, 123, 443 and 8883 must be permitted; raise it with IT before the installation visit.
What a property usually orders
The 16-sensor model at ₹41,500, mapped to floors or blocks. Agree the sixteen circuits in writing before installation — changing the allocation later means opening the board again.
Hand over properly
We recommend the installer leaves the customer with: the port-to-circuit schedule, photographs of the installation, and the app account in the property's own name. This prevents most support calls.
