What changes

  • Sixteen circuits, mapped to how your premises actually run — a gym: cardio floor, strength floor, HVAC, showers' water heating. A restaurant: kitchen, cold storage, dining AC, exhaust. An office: server room, workstation floors, AC plant. A clinic: treatment equipment, sterilisation, waiting-area AC.
  • The load that runs all night because nobody switched it off. Kitchen extraction after close, HVAC serving an empty office, signage burning at 4 a.m., a geyser bank held hot for nobody. Overnight baseline is the most reliable saving in any commercial premises.
  • Cost allocation by measurement — shared premises, franchise outlets and clinics with visiting practitioners can split the bill on data rather than a formula.
  • The failures a business notices last — a walk-in freezer drifting, an AC short-cycling, a compressor drawing more each month — visible in the data long before anyone reports it.
  • Alerts that reach you the same day, on the circuits you care about, at thresholds you set.

Three things to confirm before ordering

  • 200 A per phase. Most gyms, restaurants, offices and clinics are comfortably within this. In a multi-tenant building, monitor your own sub-board rather than the building incomer.
  • Environment. Plant rooms and kitchen ceilings run hot; 50 °C is the monitor's real limit.
  • Network. Use the Gen3's Ethernet port — it survives the Wi-Fi password changing. Outbound ports 80, 123, 443 and 8883 must be permitted; raise it with whoever runs your network before the installation visit.

What a premises usually orders

A single-premises gym, restaurant, office or clinic is usually well served by the 8-sensor model at ₹32,500. Larger or multi-zone premises take the 16-sensor model at ₹41,500. Agree the circuit allocation in writing before installation — changing it later means opening the board again.

Hand over properly

We recommend the installer leaves you with: the port-to-circuit schedule, photographs of the installation, and the app account in your business's own name. This prevents most support calls.
