For Large Homes & Apartments
The bill went up. Nobody in the house knows which appliance did it.
Air conditioning, geysers, pumps, EV charging — separated out, so the argument ends with a number.
What changes
- What each AC actually costs to run, hour by hour. Per unit, not per house. The one that runs all night at 18 °C shows up immediately.
- The baseline that never goes to zero. Geysers and pumps run unattended. What your home draws at 4 a.m. is usually a surprise.
- Separate the car from the house. EV charging on its own circuit, so you know what the car costs versus everything else.
- Three phases, and a house that grew unevenly. Most 3-phase homes are unbalanced because rooms were added over time. Now you can see it.
- Alerts on the things that fail quietly. A pump running longer each week is telling you something.
- No subscription, ever. One hardware purchase, nothing after.
Before you order
- You need a 3-phase connection. Most Indian homes are single-phase. If yours is, this product is not for you — and we will say so.
- Your electrician does the installation. This is work inside a live distribution board, not a plug-in device. Around 45–90 minutes.
- It needs internet at the board. 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet — check the signal where the board is, not where the router is.
- Space. 145 × 70 × 28 mm plus clearance, and three spare single-pole MCB ways. Domestic boards are small; an adjacent enclosure is sometimes needed.
What a home usually orders
The 8-sensor model at ₹32,500. Eight covers the ACs, the geysers, the pump, the kitchen and the car with room to spare.
